Matt Cafissi Editor n' Chief
Matt 'ballbreaker' Cafissi started playing the guitar at the age of eighteen. After some years of self-studying he decided to attend to classes at the renowned Lizard Institute of Music, situated in Florence, where Giacomo Castellano introduced him into new techniques and styles. He since then founded Guitar Chef magazine and also writes for Italy's Flash magazine.

Ryan Maza Webmaster and Instructional Columnist
As the forefront to the creative force behind the instrumental progressive rock/fusion group, Warp 3, Maza & company recently released their debut Enhanced CD, Music has Evolved distributed by Guitar Nine Records.

Emiliano Mammini Review Columnist
Attended the the Lizard School of Music, where he studied
"Jazz and rock guitar" with Alex Stornello
and still has a close repoire with Mr. Stornello, Micheal Mellner, Fabrizio
Biscontri and the Headmaster, Giovanni Unterberger. He has also studied Recording Techniques.
Emiliano started giving lessons one year ago and found joy in the art of teaching.
Emiliano has worked on many projects, such as Matt Cafissi's Twister and
Extravaganza, in which he also engineered.

Dave Martone Instructional Columnist
Recording Engineering degree from Fanshawe College and BA of Music with a minor in Music Education from Berklee College of Music obtained on scholarship. Clinics and teaching done for Berklee College of Music and the National Guitar Workshop, Parker Guitars and Digitech/Johnson amplification. Martone's album Zone released from Guitar9 Records.
